1997

With strong credibility as a conglomerate, the group ventured in the Travels and Tours Industry.

2002

The group entered the Aviation Industry and started GSA operations for several airlines as well as Aviation Support Services. Starting with domestic cargo initially, this service then expanded to International chartering. This operation continues to give ground handling support to a number of international carriers

Established partnerships with leading courier companies for international courier and last mile delivery representation in the region.

2005

The garments and freight business saw exponential growth with a number of subsidiaries in the logistics industry. The group was also among the first organizations to have multiple GSAs under one roof.

2011

The group identified an opportunity to provide electromechanical works for Civil Aviation Authority Bangladesh by way of an acquisition.

A Warehouse facility in Dhaka and Chittagong was set up to support the logistics businesses and provide solutions for value added services for brands sourcing from the region.

2014

With a need for digital transformation across the group, investments were made in enterprise and business solutions to leap forward into the information and digital age. This led to the setting up of an IT Solutions business to help customers with digital transformation.

2016

Invested in high value agriculture and plantations to supply various industries such as fragrances, cosmetics, and medicine sector.

2018

Acquired majority stake in renewable energy company and set up the first IPP solar plant in Bangladesh.
